REDFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment pickup.
Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
No refund will be provided for delays caused by external factors (airline delays, customs clearance, etc.).
In case of service failure from our side, refund or compensation will be reviewed case-by-case.
